The house is situated in the centre of the village of Mendigorria (Calle Navarreria 26), 150 metres from the Town Hall Square and St Peter’s Church.

The accommodation is distributed in 3 floors with a terrace-solarium at roof level. There is a large garden with barbeque.

  The house comprises of 8 bedrooms (3 rooms with double beds, 4 rooms with 2 single beds and one single bedroom). There is availability for two additional fold away beds. There are 5 bathrooms, large dinning-living room with wood burning fire and TV situated on the ground floor and a second living room situated on the second floor with TV-DVD, board games and books. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
